Aaron Adams has been a full-time real estate investor since leaving his job teaching High School Spanish in the early 2000s. He has purchased thousands of properties in California, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina, and Illinois. Aaron’s multi-million dollar portfolio consists of several thousand properties focusing on single-family homes in blue-collar and middle-class neighborhoods. However, Aaron’s scope of experience includes many apartment complexes, commercial properties, new construction, and mobile home parks.

Nicole Di Braccio began her real estate career in 2000 and by 2003 she was running her own commercial real estate brokerage. In 2007, Nicole had the opportunity to compete on The Apprentice and was a finalist that received constant praise from Donald Trump.
Nicole began her real estate career specializing in hotels and gas stations, and has been an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker for 17 years. Additionally, she has performed real estate transactions for office buildings, multi-family, land, broken condos and bulk residential. Nicole has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar transactions.
